Dry Beans for Baking

Home baked beans are a Maine tradition. Soak overnight add salt pork, molasses, dry mustard, salt, pepper a an onion if desired. Slow cook in a crock for most of the day and you can look forward to a hearty baked bean supper!! These beans are also good in soups, salads and basis for dips!
